The Challenge

Create a one-of-a-kind event during one of the most coveted and brand saturated music festivals, Coachella, to raise brand awareness and new user acquisition in the Southern California market.

What We Did

FlyteVu created a one-of-a-kind event where the heat of the Summer met the chill of Winter, highlighting opposites attracting via the Bumble app, and turned a private estate in Palm Springs into a winter wonderland. The event was hosted by Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and Ashley Graham and featured snow tubing, 3D igloo experience, snow-themed beverages and bites, an ice bar, snow angel garden, igloo seating, and a braid bar powered by Batiste. Guests participated in activities onsite and buzzworthy, sharable experiences that fostered connection. DJ’s Simihaze and Hannah Bronfman performed sets throughout each day while transportation company Skedaddle provided rides to and from the festival. A press campaign showcased the event with exclusives in Entertainment Tonight and Elle.
