The Challenge

With a cult-like following of celebrities, influencers, and consumers nationwide, Skin Pharm is a modern beauty brand and leading aesthetic skin care clinic. The Brand was looking to garner the attention of national media in the beauty in lifestyle space to expand awareness nationwide while promoting its hero products, new launches, clinic expansion, all the while positioning the Founder & CEO as an expert in the space. With the majority of top publications based in the New York and LA markets, and Skin Pharm being headquartered in Nashville with clinics across the South, most are unfamiliar with the brand purely as a result of proximity.

What We Did

As Skin Pharm’s PR Agency of Record, FlyteVu ideated and facilitated an exclusive press tour in Nashville to host national beauty and lifestyle media for a VIP weekend with Skin Pharm. The main KPI for the press trip was to introduce leading journalists and editors to the Founder & CEO of Skin Pharm, Maegan Griffin IRL, while also providing them with the ultimate Skin Pharm experience, so they can keep the Brand top of mind for upcoming media coverage.

FlyteVu secured four journalists from priority media outlets for the Brand and leading publications including Byrdie, Cosmopolitan, InStyle, and The Zoe Report for an all expenses paid trip to Nashville. From the moment the editors landed in Nashville, they received VIP treatment for an itinerary-packed weekend with Skin Pharm. Over the duration of 48 hours, the editors enjoyed individualized skin consultations, a complimentary treatment, private tour of Skin Pharm’s new Franklin, Tennessee location, and exclusive access to Griffin. The attendees also got to meet Skin Pharm providers and one of the Brand’s influential advocates and wife of Lady A’s Charles Kelley, Cassie Kelly to learn how Skin Pharm has changed her skin.

In addition to creating the invitation, managing all communication with media, and executing every logistic of the itinerary and travel, FlyteVu leveraged agency relationships to secure accommodations at the Fairlane Hotel, a boutique hotel property downtown, industry-rate tickets to Lady A’s show at The Ryman, a massage at the Bamford Wellness Spa, and a gift basket with over $500 of luxury products and services from local partners. FlyteVu continues to establish Skin Pharm as the go-to skincare Brand for in-clinic treatments and products with national and local media.
