The Challenge

Corporate employees are empowered to attend conferences and retreats, but small business owners and entrepreneurs don’t have the same opportunities. Vista sought out to create a space for their small business partners/ambassadors to experience a retreat and strengthen relationships, with one another and with Vista.

What We Did

Together, FlyteVu and Vista curated and launched “The VistaCollective Summit”,  the first annual gathering serving to educate, inspire, and connect with Vista small business ambassadors. The Summit was created to be part meet-up and part professional development, with a dose of rest and relaxation.

The Summit invited Vista’s ambassador rolodex, comprised of nearly 50 small business owners and entrepreneurs, to the Pasea Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach, California.

To provide the relevant education Vista ambassadors were seeking, FlyteVu procured numerous speakers to join the weekend at Pasea. Talent included New York Times Best-Selling Author Bob Goff, Founder and CEO of Unique Markets Sonja Rasula, Co-Founder and Creative Director of Claima Stories Bimma Williams, Founder of Dry Bar Alli Webb, Leadership Engagement Expert Adrian Koehler, TikTok Support Black Business Advisory Board Member Donte Murry, and Co-Founder of Kids of Immigrants Daniel Buezo.

In addition to the inspirational speakers, weekend highlights included a one-of-a-kind Vista Pop-Up Shop featuring customized VistaPrint merch for each of our ambassadors, two “recharge” sessions—yoga and a sound bath, consultations with 99d and VistaCreate (other services within the Vista Creative Suite), plus a send-off musical performance from two ambassador brothers, The BrosFresh.

Through the Summit, Vista was able to deliver a safe space for ambassadors to connect, engage and recharge, all while continuing to build their relationship with each entrepreneur and foster a long-term partnership—one of the many ways Vista continues to help small businesses feel big.
