Spotify partnered with country star Morgan Wallen for a special performance to celebrate the release of his new album, One Thing At A Time. The Tennessee native visited his alma mater, Gibbs High School, and performed an intimate show for the crowd in Corrytown on the school’s baseball field. This feat had never been done at Gibbs High School or anywhere else in the school system before.
FlyteVu executed the event by working with local school officials, talent production & management teams, and third-party production partners to create an immersive experience with an 8-piece full band live show on home plate of the field. Show attendees included Gibbs High School faculty, the 2023 senior class, the baseball team, and more local guests. Morgan’s roots are an important theme in his music, and this homecoming show gave his Tennessee fans a chance to experience his new songs live. By working directly with talent teams, FlyteVu produced the event to include local favorites from Morgan’s days in East Tennessee, including baseball-themed photo opportunities, concessions from local Knoxville favorites, a special album-themed postcard for fans to write letters to loved ones, and guests could create their own Gibbs HS baseball card.
