The Challenge

Introduce Bumble to the faith-based community, targeting the midwest and southern regions, to drive new user acquisitions and raise awareness within the affinity group.

What We Did

Bumble partnered with Lauren Daigle to “Rescue” users from loneliness, a play on her brand new single of the same name, as an extension of the brand’s #AskingForAFriend campaign which focused on normalizing the need to form new friendships throughout life, and supporting women to do so. Bumble users in BFF mode had the chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime experience with Lauren in New York City by matching with the campaign’s in-app card. FlyteVu bought terrestrial radio in target markets and secured Pandora as a streaming partner with multiple mobile displays and pre-recorded audio clips of Lauren inviting listeners to download Bumble and enter to win a day with her.

The winning Bumble users were flown to New York for a day of fun including exclusive access to Daigle’s intimate acoustic performance at the iHeart Headquarters in New York City, followed by a visit to a local ice cream shop to hang out for the afternoon.
